TheRightPlot name, software, design and original content are protected. Third-party property material remains attributable to its owner. Reporting an issue grants no right to reuse protected material.

TheRightPlot compares a curated, non-exhaustive catalogue of UAE off-plan projects. A project is searchable only while it is published and has at least one active brochure extraction.

Public catalogue browsing is ordered by newest publication first. Natural-language search is semantic: relevance to your query is the primary criterion. Available profile preferences and developer preferences may act as soft signals, but never exclude a project as a hard filter. We do not publish fixed weights and do not claim that ranking learns from your history.

Catalogue additions, updates, unpublishing and removal occur through event-driven administrative actions. There is no fixed refresh schedule or promise that availability, prices or other developer information is current.

TheRightPlot uses AI to interpret a query and compare it with catalogue material. An AI match score is a comparative relevance indicator, not a probability, valuation, forecast, guarantee or professional recommendation. Property information and suitability should be independently verified.

HarpyTech may introduce a user to the developer selected by the user. The request first reaches HarpyTech; it is not automatically delivered to the developer. The user pays HarpyTech no fee. If a referred user completes a qualifying purchase, the developer may pay HarpyTech a commission. Commission does not affect catalogue ranking.

Amazon Cognito local-storage keys maintain signed-in sessions, including refresh tokens lasting up to 30 days. Session storage restores a search and scroll position for the browser session. Local storage records a versioned Google Maps choice until you change it, clear storage or a new notice version invalidates it.

After you tick the Terms checkbox during signup, local storage temporarily keeps your normalized email address, the English Terms version and content hash, and creation and expiry times so acceptance can be finalized after authenticated email verification or sign-in without asking you again. This marker expires after seven days and is removed after matching acceptance is recorded.

These technologies support authentication, requested navigation and remembering your choices. The public frontend does not currently load analytics or advertising tags.

No Google Maps iframe, preconnect or resource request is created before a one-time choice or current saved permission. Once loaded, Google receives the network and browser information needed to provide the map and may use its own identifiers. A one-time choice lasts only for the current page instance. Map choices are made directly on project pages; stopping a persistently allowed map withdraws the saved permission.

Google Privacy Policy

The version and dates identify this notice. A change to storage or external-content behavior requires review. Changing the notice version invalidates an older saved Maps preference.
