Consumer Terms of Use

TheRightPlot is a free AI-assisted search service for UAE off-plan property. It helps consumers explore a non-exhaustive catalogue and may introduce them to a developer. HarpyTech does not negotiate, reserve or sign a property transaction, provide personalised legal, tax, financial, valuation or investment advice, or hold user funds.

You must be a natural person aged 18 or older. You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and account activity. Search quotas and reasonable safeguards may keep the service available and secure. HarpyTech may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security risk or unlawful activity.

You choose whether to request an introduction. The receiving developer is identified before confirmation. You contract directly with that developer and pay no fee to HarpyTech. If a referred user completes a qualifying purchase, the developer alone pays HarpyTech a commission. That commission does not influence ranking.

Results and AI match scores are comparative indicators generated from your query, catalogue material and available profile context. They are not probabilities, valuations, forecasts, guarantees or professional recommendations. Developer material, price, availability, yield and completion information can change and should be independently verified.

The service may change, be interrupted or contain errors; continuous availability is not guaranteed. TheRightPlot software, presentation and original content are protected. You may retain legal documents for personal use but may not disrupt the service or commercially reproduce protected elements without permission.

The version and dates shown identify these Terms. Material changes apply prospectively after publication and any required notice or renewed acceptance. French law applies without removing mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of residence.
